We take the time to know our residents and to ensure that things are just as they like them.
We approach care as a partnership with residents and families, we listen and we learn.
20 years of caring for others has also taught us that there are common fundamentals that must always be right.
Our baseline approach focuses on four dimensions of good care.
Wellbeing
The best-health and safety of residents is our first priority, nothing trumps our duty to well-being.
Comfort
Physical comfort is key to enjoying life. We treat it as a fundamental 'must' for all of our residents.
Dignity
Dignity through respect, privacy and choice are embedded in our every interaction with residents.
Vitality
We know that people who remain socially, mentally and physically active are more likely to thrive.
Our residents enjoy a wide range of activities and we make sure that there is something for everyone.
We focus on activities that promote physical, social cognitive and spiritual wellbeing among our residents.
Our activities coordinator ensures that every resident has the opportunity to join in events that they enjoy.
We also provide specialist cognitive and physical therapies for those who require or benefit from them.
